ASM is budget neutral. The adjustment can be positive or negative and is set relative to the other cardiologists in your cohort. Revenue-at-risk figures are maximum downside on the band you selected, not a forecast. The Readiness Scorecard is a self-assessment based on your answers. Risk labels describe exposure created by missing workflows. They are not a prediction of your CMS final score or payment adjustment, which depends on performance relative to your cohort. Participation data is from the CMS preliminary CY27 participant file. Requirements summarized from 42 CFR Part 512 Subpart G. Not legal, billing, or reimbursement advice.
